A deep or move-out cleaning starts at €400. The exact fixed price depends on the size and condition of your home. Send us a few photos on WhatsApp and we usually get back to you within 24 hours.
When should I book it?
As soon as you know your PCS dates. The best time for the cleaning is after the movers have packed and before your handover appointment with the landlord. Short-notice jobs are often possible too.
What standard do you clean to?
To the standard German landlords expect at the handover (Wohnungsübergabe): kitchen including oven and range hood, descaled bathrooms, windows including frames, floors, doors and light switches.
Do you accept VAT forms?
Yes. We accept VAT forms from the US Forces tax relief program, so you don't pay German VAT on our services. Just mention it when you request your quote.
Can you also remove leftover furniture and junk?
Yes. We can clear out furniture and junk first, dispose of it properly and then clean, all from one company.
Are you insured?
Yes, with €5 million business liability insurance for personal injury and property damage. We are happy to show you proof.
